Entry level Customer Service / Technical Support position for helping customers over the phone and with email inquiries. This is a full time position from Mon. - Fri. from 8am to 4:30pm based out of our USA HQ's in Aurora, CO. This position will be to support Rhino-Rack end users and customers with any/all product information requests, installation matters, technical support, fitment information, spare parts, website navigation, warranty support and return requests. We receive a high number of phone calls and emails and providing high end support is of the utmost importance to Rhino-Rack and we pride our business on this top level of support that this position will require.
This potential candidate will need to be professional, well organized, be able to troubleshoot solutions for customer needs, must be able to take on multi-tasks in a fast paced workplace. Additional qualifications and requirements are to be discussed in detail upon interview, if Rhino-Rack responds and decides to move forward with the interview process. It is desired that this candidate shall process a College Level educations background, be fully computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Xcel, Word...) and have a positive and enthusiastic approach, with good problem solving skills.
