- In addition to paddlesports, opportunities to develop and project-manage lucrative commercial aquaparks exists for the right agency/candidate. Aquapark projects demand excellent project management / complex sales-pipeline skills and range from $40,000 - $200,000+ per client. Ideal Candidate/Agency:
- Paddlesports retail experience: either store (management/buyer) or rep-level: 5+ years
- Attention to detail, analytical
- Communication skills, follow-up is critical
- A desire to brand-build through clinic-ing, demos & other promotional events
- Work ethic, frequent retailer on-site visits are must
- Project management experience a plus
- Hunter sales mentality (especially with aquapark lead generation)
