Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, independent sales representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for a motivated self-starter with a passion for cycling and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the cycling and endurance sports markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with bike shops, teams, clubs, and individual athletes.

• Represent the A2 Bikes brand at industry events, races, and demo days.

• Educate potential customers about A2’s product advantages and unique selling points.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in bicycle or sporting goods sales is preferred.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Existing industry contacts are a plus.

Compensation

• This is a commission-only role.

• Industry-leading commission rates from 5%-10% plus access to employee discounts.
