Independent Sales Representative – Aparso Outdoor Apparel & Footwear

Aparso is a fast-growing performance outdoor apparel and gear brand based in Canada, committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and stylish products for adventure seekers across North America. We are currently expanding our reach and seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to represent our product lines across key U.S. and Canada territories.

Product Lines:

• Performance Outdoor Apparel (shell jackets, insulated & down jackets, down parka, snow jacket, etc.)

• Outdoor Footwear (hiking boots & shoes, trail-running shoes, trekking shoes, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

• Has an existing portfolio of retailers or buyers in the outdoor, lifestyle, or sporting goods industry

• Passionate about the outdoors and understands the technical needs of adventure consumers

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Familiar with market trends and capable of offering product feedback

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Aparso brand and introduce our product lines to qualified retail accounts

• Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with key buyers and store owners

• Attend regional trade shows and in-store events when applicable

• Provide regular market feedback to our internal team

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. Competitive commission rates and growth incentives are offered for high-performing reps.
