Fantic USA, Inc is seeking established territorial sales representatives in both the bicycle or complementary outdoor adventure industries across the United States with a desire to add three historical Italian bicycle brands to grow revenues and support their retailers served (predominantly bicycles).
The bike brands and products to commercialize are:
A. Fantic E-Bikes
B. F Moser Road & Gravel E-Bikes
C. Bottecchia “Reparto Corse” Road, Gravel and Mountain Bikes
A successful candidate is an excellent relationship manager who cares about the profitability and long term growth of his/her retailers; they are eager solutions sales people who are patient planners that never give up and have the ability to communicate effectively with either shop owners, experienced sales people, technicians, or final customers. Most importantly, they love biking, whether they are riding road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes or analog bikes.
- Preferred candidates have a proven track record in an established territory/region that maintains or reduces sales travel requirements.
- Fantic offers generous and competitive sales commissions and performance bonuses based on actual results and pre-agreed targets, while making available sales tools, demo bikes, sales promotions, dealer sales & payment terms, and a Fantic Group commitment towards regular long term product introductions & innovations and dealer training materials.
- For the retailers in your territory, Fantic offers employee discount programs, local racer programs and a budget to support local retailer events based on actual/potential sales
The successful representative candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with 4+ years managing a growing territory selling bicycle or similar outdoor industry products, either accessories or OEM bicycles
- Preferably does not carry a bicycle OEM brand, however, willing to discuss & evaluate case by case.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the bicycle market, including product knowledge, market dynamics, & customer needs.
- Regularly reads bicycle and outdoor adventure industry periodicals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- A pro-active approach.
**Fantic has a US warehouse with finished product and another location that provides technical & warranty support with spare parts sales locally.
