Break Clear Outfitters is a subsidiary of Campus Collection, Inc, a full-service custom screenprinter that has been in business for over 30 years. Established in 1986, Campus Collection has over 3 decades of experience providing high quality garments and prints to clients nationwide. We also own numerous, successful, established apparel lines and are looking to expand into the outdoor market.
The Position:
We are searching for motivated independent sales representatives to cover many regions in the US.
This is a commission-based position. You must be proactive, willing to travel and seek out new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships. Since this is a new clothing line, having an established customer base in the outdoor industry is valuable in being able to successfully grow sales and brand recognition. Regions will be discussed on an individual level depending on current areas covered. Tradeshows will be decided on depending on the region covered and current schedule. Samples will be sent at no charge, and the company will help cover the costs of tradeshows.
Job Requirements:
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, prompt responses
• Have a number of previous years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in a related industry• Have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel extensively within your region
• Must be able to provide 2 retail references with your resume
• Have a good understanding of apparel/soft goods
• Have an established customer base and/or tradeshow schedule is helpful, but not required
• Able to develop and execute a sales plan
• Grow sales and brand representation within your region
• Proactive communication with customers and leads
• Be able to work effectively and independently
• Passionate, professional, and friendly attitude
• Proven salesmanship
