Company Description
The Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of advancing environmental education, sustainable living, and appreciation for nature through hands-on experiences in a national park. Situated in the 77,000 acre Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, PEEC is one of only a handful of residential environmental education centers on national park land in the entire country. A partner of the National Park Service since 1972, PEEC serves approximately 25,000 annual visitors, helping them connect with nature and develop a sense of awe and wonder for the natural world.
