Bills Army Navy Outdoors, established at this location in 1971 is the areas pre eminent outfitter for an extremely affluent local clientele in Short Hills and the surrounding area, selling premium mens/wos/kids outdoor apparel and gear from brands like The North Face, Arcteryx, Prana, Patagonia. Ex Offico, Uggs, Merrell, Lowa, Oboz , and Timberland complimented by casual clothing brands like Vineyard Vines, Ralph Lauren, Southern Tide, while mixing in some legacy brands from our beginings like Carhartt and Wolverine. At 7500sqft of retail space,we are either considered a "BIG" small store or a "SMALL" big store, with many additional departments than most outdoor shops. We sell re4creatinal fishing gear and tackle, as well as premium ski brand softlines like Spyder, Killtec, and The North Face in the winter. A full fledged outfitter, we carry footwear, accessories, ever layer of clothing, all manner of outdoor gear from brands like Osprey, Big Agnes, Marmot, Exped, Gregory and others, as well as footwear from brands like Wolverine, Timberland, Olukai, Clarks, Merrell, Lowa, Oboz, Timberland Pro, Bates, Hitec, Reef, Sanuk, and many others.We constantly try to grow and improve our product assortment in 3 distinct "lifestyle" areas ie Outdoor, Work and Casual clothing. We sell mens, womens, and kids sizes, although kids sizes are only in certain categories of products where we are the market leader. We can outfit the recreational camper, the weekender, or those seeking ultralight items for thru hiking, as well as around the campfire when simply "outside" rather than "outdoors.
