Talent Orchard is seeking a Product Manager for a Lifestyle Products Company in the Midwest
Talent Orchard LLC has been retained under contract by a mid-market distributor of outdoor lifestyle products to assist in the recruiting of a number of mission critical positions within the client’s organization. The Product Manager is responsible for the commercial success of an assigned product line, providing cross-functional leadership and oversight of each product from inception/ideation through design, build, launch and growth/enhancement. The Product Manager is responsible for product line P&L budgeting and attaining corporate objectives.
The Product Manager is the internal subject matter expert of assigned products, and is the go to person for all issues that require expert level product knowledge. The Product Manager is a key player on a cross-functional team that is responsible for the company’s revenue value stream, and is the front line manager for cross-functional product related issues.
The key deliverable for this role is a comprehensive product offering for each channel within the assigned product category that provides maximum consumer value and profit contribution relative to price and competitive offerings.
