Currently we are seeking a hardworking self-starter that shares our passion for cycling to run our retail shop. As shop manager, you will maintain the highest level of customer service and product knowledge.You will be responsible for spearheading marketing campaigns to drive retail sales and customer engagement. Bicycle maintenance experience a bonus, as you will assist in servicing customers and diagnosing technical issues, in conjunction with the technical service department. This is a full-time position, available immediately, pay commensurate with experience with the ability to make commissions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize & Maintain Magnum Bikes’ Retail Shop

• Effectively manage shop employees

• Run marketing campaigns to bolster retail sales

• Maintain strong communication with customers

• Complete bicycle repairs thoroughly and efficiently

• Learn the industry and understand our products at a technical level

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of technical support systems

• Communicate effectively and efficiently

• Work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail sales experience

• Outdoor industry experience a plus

• Bicycle technician experience a plus

• Detail oriented

• Have a proven history of being reliable and hard working

• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team

• Great Communication skills

• Self starter who can find and complete projects

• Positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and a passion for cycling
