Our Search - Repair Customer Service Representative
Far Bank Enterprise is seeking a quick on their feet, energetic individual with a wildly pleasant demeanor to join our Repair Center customer service team. This is a unique customer service position as it is multi-disciplinary. In this role you are very engaged not only with customers but hands on with the manufacturing team.
This is not a stagnant role as situation and actions
needed are constantly changing.
To assure that customers are receiving exemplary service experiences, you work in partnership with your team to resolve issues, complaints and direct appropriately requests for additional fly-fishing products.

As a representative of the Sage and Redington brands, you will help be the friendly voice on the phone or email, ready to guide and problem solve with our customers to assure them we are there to get them back on the water as quickly as possible!
= High School diploma or equivalency required, Associates preferred
= Customer Service experience required, phone experience desirable, retail experience a plus.
= Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and high stress environment to meet daily deadlines is mandatory
= Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve customer issues with “out of the box” thinking.
= Multiline Phone and computer skills including MS Office applications
= Strong data entry stills required
Experience as a Fly Angler keeps it
interesting (!) but not required
