Description
The Marketing Director leads the marketing team on projects and activities aimed at developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns with the overall goal of maximizing company growth. They manage and oversee the execution and analysis of all marketing strategies. This role requires a heavy emphasis on Digital Marketing.
The Job:
Set marketing goals and objectives
Plan, implement and manage both digital and retail marketing strategy
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Build, review and manage content marketing strategy
Determine, track, and present KPIs for marketing efforts
Work with sales and customer success teams to drive brand awareness and product purchases
Create and present annual marketing plan and strategy
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Stay up to date with best practices and the latest technology
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Manage and train Marketing teams
Provide training and guidance to the events/sales team’s efforts
Prepare and manage the marketing budget
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Work closely with the Sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
Build an inbound marketing plan
Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
Build, manage and coach a high-performing Marketing team
About you:
5-10 years experience in marketing
A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
Customer-centric
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Regularly produce and present reports
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge but ability to think laterally
