Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support all Under Armour related business for our Outdoor channel – from product presentations, assortment planning, order bank management - inquiries regarding orders, shipments and products, customer inventory management, forecasting, in-store presentation, and outbound marketing.
  • Drive growth with our existing product lines and categories, as well as help develop new business initiatives within these accounts.
  • Provide daily service and support to the Sales Managers and Director of Sales, as well as collaborating with the Merchandising, Customer Service, Marketing, Product and Planning teams that work on the business.
  • Solve problems -- specifically via order bank maintenance (fallout mitigation).
  • Develop and deliver Sales Tools to the internal & external sales teams.
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Forecast, Sales, Shipping and Service Fallout
  • Direct management of monthly commission reconciliation and payments.
  • Attend and assist Outdoor event both commercial (trade shows) and consumer centric.
  • Manage B2B system integrity and functionality.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.  
  • Independent thinker, self-starter, and true team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outdoor enthusiast a plus
  • Travel up to 25% of time

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree.
