Job Title:  Customer Service / Inside Sales

Become a key member of a small, growing Park City based company in the outdoor & sporting goods industry managing two brands. This posting is confidential and therefore the search to fulfil this role is being conducted anonymously.

Looking for Customer Service personnel that want to join a small, dynamic and growing company with a passion for delivering exceptional service.  The right individuals will enjoy working in a small company environment, like being involved in multiple aspects of the business, and look forward to being integral part of evolving the company though its growth.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

=         Manage and improve order processes.

=         Represent the brands with exemplary service and sales skills.

=         Exercise diplomacy with customer inquiries and service requests.

=         Resolves email, phone, and social media requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

=         Develop and manages relationships with dealers, reps, and logistics personnel. 

=         Assists in the development of sales tools and materials

=         Assist and Support Sales & Marketing efforts

=         Assist in Warranty Service for consumers and retailers

=         Participate in planning and reporting processes.  Develop and provide feedback on sales, service, warranty, and competitive trends.

Key Qualifications: 

=         2 years+ retail or wholesale sales/customer service experience.

=         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

=         Ability to work independently, work with a team, and thrive on challenge.

=         Attention to detail & accuracy, self-management ability, and strong follow through.

=         Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook.  Additional skills and experience in live chat, and data management desirable.
