The position of Client Coordinator - Wholesale Accounts is responsible for providing support to our Wholesale Channel, including many outdoor retail partners like REI, Bass Pro, Cabela's, Backcountry.com, etc.

This position provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with our newest product ZOLEO (www.zoleo.com) that launched in early 2020. ZOLEO has been met with early and rapid success, with a fast-growing subscriber base and built a reputation as an easy-to-use messaging and safety tool for people who travel into remote areas for recreation or business use. 

In addition to Wholesale Channel support, the position will provide occasional support to Corporate Clients as well as non-Corporate customers. Success is measured in the overall satisfaction of the wholesale channel by providing comprehensive and accurate account, billing, order management and issue resolution support. The position reports to the Team Leader, Operations Planning and Channel Support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all Wholesale Channel activities including on-boarding, account, billing and payment terms set up, general account support, pricing, order placement support and issue resolution
  • Support 3rd party agencies in developing the distribution channels and building product momentum
  • Process new hardware and service orders ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
  • Fulfill requests for marketing collateral and supplies as required
  • Process billing adjustments when required
  • Provide Account Management support utilizing an online self-management dealer portal
  • Provide support for Demo programs and Employee Purchase Plans where applicable.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of client (dealer and sales team) satisfaction.
  • Address dealer inquiries and questions utilizing phone queues, ticketing/email support and online chat
  • Liaise with internal stake holders including operations and marketing teams to provide speedy & accurate solutions for dealers. Includes operational, finance, IT or marketing support
  • Stay informed of all new products, services and changes in technology
  • Support the Account Managers in the management of wholesale and corporate leads
  • Other duties/tasks as required

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a Customer Service-related position.
  • Customer-centric focus on providing reliable service to internal/external customers
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of current Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent problem assessment and problem-solving skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize activities
  • Can work well with others in a harmonious and productive team environment
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

 

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of telecommunications and mobile messaging technology
  • Fluency in French or Spanish
  • An affinity for the outdoors!
