Do you seek out adventure, are you an independent self-starter who wants toexplore new places, meet new people, and experience new things?
We are looking for ambitious and professional Regional Road Crews to join our team this summer. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory, working events in-market, selling Bajío sunglasses and gear, and serving as a Bajío brand ambassador in key geographic regions. In addition, you will work with our retail partners to ensure they are set up for success.
Responsibilities
- Work with Road Crew Team (RCT) Lead to plan and organize activations in accordance with financial and time constraints.
- Identify additional opportunities to help promote the Bajío and expand the network.
- Handle, coordinate, and oversee all event operations onsite.
- Work with RCT Lead to track expenses in a timely manner.
- Analyze and evaluate results providing marketplace insights and work with RCT Lead to create and present findings to the Executive Team on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with local sales rep to schedule retailer support activations.
- Conduct dynamic educational clinics covering Bajío sunglasses and gear through effective in-store training.
- Place new display case POP materials and assist with merchandising.
- Create brand buzz by sharing Bajío’s story.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of ownership your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
