About The Position:

 

Midwest Outdoor Sales is seeking to welcome a new team member to our sales agency. This position is primarily an office-based role to support our team of hard-working territory road sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with account support, order management, and sales data tracking. Working within a team environment to provide solutions and support to both our salespeople and our dealer base alike is paramount. If you are friendly, well organized and a team player that loves the outdoor industry, this is the job for you!

 

Qualifications:

 

-          Well-spoken and energetic on the phone.

-          Ability to wear many hats and possesses the flexibility to perform in a dynamic work environment.

-          Self-starter that can work independently.

-          Organizational skills to properly plan out their schedule months in advance.

-          High proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and B2B platforms a must.

-          Proficient social media platform skills.

-          Ability to travel from time to time to support 2-3 regional tradeshows per year.

-          Knowledge and a passion for outdoor and bike gear a plus.

-       Work from home but meet with team when needed.

-      Located in the twin cities or Appleton, WI
