- Inventory Management & Control
- Maintaining accurate account of all on-hand and on-order inventory through inventory management system
- Receive, record, and tag all items per company policies and procedures
- Ensure all products are per vendor MSRP, MAPP, and wholesale pricing
- Analyze inventory turnover to anticipate inventory over or understocking
- Lead cycle count and annual inventory process
- Warranty Processing
- Maintain database of each vendor’s warranty pledge, process, requirements, and preferred methods of communication
- Create/maintain workflow for warranty process
- Maintaining accurate account of items submitted for warranty and repair & consistently update customer as to status of warranty
- Engage with customers to educate them on products and services used to pursue their outdoor interests
- Committed to continually expand advanced knowledge of brands and products and implement training framework ensure team is doing same

Know-how.
- 2+ years of inventory and/or warehouse management and operations experience
- 1+ years of project/task management experience
- Proficient knowledge of outdoor equipment, apparel, & footwear and enjoys learning
- Retail math fundamentals
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management/POS systems, MacOS, and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with outstanding customer engagement skills
- Working knowledge of outdoor equipment, apparel, and footwear with a passion for the outdoors
- Actively pursues one or more mountain sports related to Mountain Chalet products and services
- Promotes a mountain lifestyle focused on experience, stewardship, and sustainability
