Nordic Director - Full-time, year-round opening at Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, Colorado.
Position Summary: Located on over 82.5KM of world-class Nordic terrain, Snow Mountain Ranch’s Nordic Center is a premiere destination for Nordic skiers! This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center, serving more than 50,000 guests annually. The Nordic Director is responsible for managing and directing all operational aspects of the Nordic Center, including year-round trail development and maintenance, and coordinating year-round special events, and outdoor trail programming.
Location: This position is based out of YMCA of the Rockies – Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, Colorado. Only 1.5 hours from Denver, Snow Mountain Ranch is located in Grand County, Colorado and spread out over 5,100 acres of rolling meadows, aspens, and spruce forest. There are endless trails for hiking, biking, and Nordic skiing for staff and guests to enjoy. Located near the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, Arapaho National Forest, and Winter Park Resort, Snow Mountain Ranch is a premiere destination resort for outdoor enthusiasts.
Compensation Package & Employee Perks:
- $58,000 - $68,500/year
