Functional Overview |
This position will handle the day-to-day execution of the marketing communications plan, in close partnership with the CMO and Ecommerce Manager. You will also have a firm understanding of ecommerce and how to support sales goals with relevant marketing messaging. This person must have a strong sense of the Club Ride brand, and be able to converse fluently with our core bike lifestyle market. |

· Develop and manage a steady pipeline of quality content through photo and video shoots, ambassadors and influencers, brand partnerships, UGC and other grassroots methods · Grow following and engagement of all social media channels, including development of both organic and paid assets · Grow email engagement and revenue in partnership with the Ecommerce Manager · Manage seasonal catalog production · Flexibility to address marketing needs as they come, from supporting events on the ground to seeding product

Duties |
Content Management Manage and organize both in-house and 3rd party photography/video/assets that support the corporate marketing sales goals. The position is accountable for creating and managing all social media content marketing initiatives which drive organic traffic engagement and customer affinity to the Club Ride brand. The Marketing Coordinator will manage with CMO and Ecommerce Manager all creative resources including photographers designers, writers, and other agency personnel utilized to meet corporate sales goals.
Design and Production Use graphic design skills to create assets for email, social, video, and the website. Video editing and production is a bonus.
Social Media Curate assets to create a best-in-class social media presence. Create compelling stories and posts on all relevant social media platforms. Engage with Ambassadors and customers through social media to grow following and engagement metrics. Share curated content with the Club Ride community across both Facebook and Instagram. Grow social media following through organic posts, giveaways, advertising, and other options.
Website Production Manage site content and UI/UX to ensure seamless customer experiences and seasonal and campaign updates. Work with Ecommerce Manager to write relevant blog content for SEO, blogs and social media.
Ambassadors Manage a team of ambassadors that not only promote the brand through their respective channels but provide authentic assets that highlight Club Ride’s story and can be used through our own channels.
Reporting Meet with CMO and Ecommerce Manager to develop and understand the marketing calendar and financial strategy. This should examine the channel sales performance and the key drivers behind sales. It should also cover the growth of the Club Ride community across email and social.
Email Marketing Develop with Ecommerce Manager the calendared email newsletter strategy to feature content and drive sales based on calendar and goals on the website. Help manage grow the email list through creative means including but not limited to giveaways and customer acquisition.
Catalogs Work with CMO / CEO in the development of each season’s catalog and respective campaign specific photo shoots.
Events Where needed participate at events and manage the event organization. Work with CMO to develop a content strategy for events including content, email generation, brand presence. Manage event assets both physical (vehicle, tents, etc) and applications (email gathering). Schedule events into the marketing calendar to coincide with collection launches, product elevation etc.
Engage/Excite/Grow Club Ride Community Use all resources listed above and more to engage with, excite, and grow the Club Ride Community.

Skill Set Requirements |
Excellent copywriting and editing skills While we don’t expect you to be an art director, you have sufficient design skills to build creative assets for email, social, and website assets and can show a portfolio of past work While you’re at heart a creative, you have the flexibility to enjoy being a jack of all marketing trades. Experience with Klaviyo or similar Email Service Provider Shopify and related Shopify App experience

Educational and Previous Experience Requirements |
· A Bachelor’s Degree is required · Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a brand marketing or agency setting · Experience working with ecommerce brands preferred · Project management skills and attention to detail · Excellent written and oral communication skills |
