A Customer Service Specialist requires self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to learn our BootDoc and Hotronic retail brands. We are seeking an experienced specialist or a highly skilled candidate to work out of our head office in Salt Lake City.
What the Customer Service Specialist will do:
- Answer customer phone calls/emails and help dealers/consumers determine which accessories to order
- Process orders and invoices for our Sports Division in Bootdoc/Hotronic retail line
- Updating and managing b2b and pro omni channel platforms
- Process internal stock transfers
- Collaborate with all departments as needed (Shipping/receiving, Import/Export, Management.)
- Assist with managing customer database
- Support the managing of warranties and procedures
- Monitor inventory and repackaging
- Work with Product Managers to design, update, and produce printed materials and digital support materials
What you need:
- Be adaptable to changing environments and work processes
- Must have good communication abilities
- Possess a high degree of organizational skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Retail experience in Winter sports or an Outdoor Retailer required
- Able to solve problems in a small group environment
- Good typing and 10-key skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP and Claris FileMaker a plus
