Sales Representative - Industrial and Automotive
Join our team as a Sales Representative, responsible for selling our portfolio of products within the US. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with an industrial and automotive background, specifically with experience in Grainger, MSC, MATCO, and Fastenal. The ideal location would be in the lower SE (TX over to FL), but we are flexible for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management.
- 5-8 years of related sales experience, preferably in the Outdoor/SHOT Industry or Industrial Wholesale Distribution.
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce/CRM, and Excel/Word/PowerPoint or Mac equivalent.
- Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must provide proof annually).
- Optional: Bilingual/Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales budget.
- Build business plans to drive short- and long-term sales goals for top customers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide problem-solving and troubleshooting for customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed data in Salesforce/CRM.
