Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. We represent some of the biggest and best names in the Fishing/Outdoor Industry. You will be calling on both local shops as well as wholesalers/distributors on the East coast of Florida as well as Georgia. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage with clients through direct sales efforts, including cold calling and product demonstrations, will be essential in achieving our sales objectives.
Duties
- Conduct direct sales activities, including visiting customers at their stores to show them the products
- Manage assigned territory effectively, you would be covering the East Coast of Florida as well as Georgia
- Ability to use Excel, NetSuite and Elastic
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with territory management practices and techniques.
- Proficiency Excel to both input orders and manipulate price sheets
- Strong customer relationship skills are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
