About Us


We are a Las Vegas-based adventure tour operator specializing in small-group, multi-activity
tours through vibrant cities, world-famous national parks, and iconic landscapes.
We’re looking for a Customer Service / Office & Operations Assistant to join our team. This
critical role ensures smooth office operations while supporting staff and delivering excellent
service to our guests.


Position Overview


This full-time, hourly role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
In the dynamic travel industry, adaptability and a willingness to step up when needed are
essential.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Service:
? Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries.
? Manage and input customer bookings.
? Provide exceptional support to guests and resolve issues promptly.
Office Support:
? Track staff workflows and maintain organized files.
? Prepare tour guides with necessary paperwork.
? Book and confirm campgrounds, hotels, and other arrangements.
? Perform general office tasks, including errands and maintaining supplies.


Operations Assistance:
? Keep the office environment clean and professional.
? Support HR and operations tasks such as scanning and filing.
? Identify and resolve issues discreetly and efficiently.
? Website and OTA Product maintenance
? Assist with contracting and partnership maintenance
Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Apple Docs Viewer, and
Microsoft Excel.
? Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, including editing and executing formulas
(MUST).


Communication Skills:
? Strong verbal and written communication.
? Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Reliable smartphone and personal vehicle.


Organizational Skills:
? Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
? Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Bonus Qualifications:
? Knowledge of Southwest USA national parks and cities.

Work Schedule
