Founded in 1928, the LWSC is dedicated to fostering a thriving community through the joy of winter sports and year-round outdoor activities. Our Executive Director will represent the LWSC as the face of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision. This full-time, salaried position involves strategic, operational, fiscal, and staff leadership responsibilities.

About Leavenworth Winter Sports Club

The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club (LWSC) was founded in 1928 to "foster a thriving community through the job of winter sports and year-round outdoor activities". We envision the community of Leavenworth, WA as resilient, adaptable, and united through year-round recreation, education, and environmental stewardship. To that end, the LWSC manages and operates Ski Hill (offering Alpine skiing), Nordic skiing, tubing, summer mountain biking, and a variety of year-round events, and employs over 100 staff members during the winter season to support operations.
