Job Overview:
Fidlock USA is seeking independent sales reps to grow our bicycle and outdoor dealer base in the US! Ideal candidates will have strong sales skills, a desire to aggressively grow a brand, and an existing account base in the bicycle and outdoor sporting goods market. 


This position is 100% commission-based and there are no employer benefits.

Job Functions:
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads within the assigned territory
• Sell to independent bicycle dealers, outdoor sporting goods stores, online retailers, and specialty stores. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and current accounts
• Educate and inform retailers and consumers through sales presentations and product knowledge clinics
• Provide sales, service, and support to Fidlock USA dealers in a professional manner
• Provide sales reports to the Fidlock USA sales manager


Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of sales experience in the bicycle and or outdoor sporting goods markets
• Existing contacts in the bicycle and outdoor sporting goods markets
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Proven ability to manage and nurture long term relationships
• Consultative sales approach
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiating skills
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and working with sales data
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Passionate about getting outdoors and motivating others to do the same
