JR Dealer Sales Representative: East and West (Two Positions)
The JR Dealer Sales Representative will be responsible for driving retail and commercial dealer sales. The person in this role will be responsible for assisting the SR Dealer Manager for North American Dealer Sales with customer contacts, sales results, sales installations, product training, and service requirements of specified territory and accounts with primary emphasis on growing TRUE and Octane brands through existing dealer accounts.
Position Reports to:
Sr Dealer Manager of North American Dealer Sales
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, Create, and Manage defined customer and lead bases to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of TRUE and Octane Fitness products', services,' and company culture. Ability to implement company marketing and sales strategies and promotions.
- Educate dealer sales staff through product and sales presentations.
- Assist in creating dealer territory sales training schedules for assigned dealer accounts.
- Utilization of CRM module to track and maintain all sales leads and opportunities.
- Ability to deliver and manage assigned budget and all requested weekly and monthly reports.
- Creating annual territory and account plans targeting existing accounts yielding forecasts and established sales revenue for assigned territory and accounts.
- Attending scheduled sales meetings and conference
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience is required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role required, including prior selling experience.
- Proven track record of both business to business and business to customer selling results.
- Ability to provide product education and selling techniques to the distribution network.
- A passion for fitness and promotion of wellness as a living style.
- An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer's accounts.
- Utilization of technology to track all sales functions, including previous use of CRM modules.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel of a minimum of 60%
